Notes of Entry Procedure:
Valid Entries will be those properly completed on the website with credit card payment of entry fee by the deadline date. Entries will be accepted beginning at 8 am Central Daylight Time on the opening date. If the tournament fills by 12:00 pm CDT that day a lottery drawing will be done to determine the field and the order of the waiting list. Any entries for the tournaments that fill within the 4 hour window will be entered in the lottery. Any entries for full tournaments after 12:00 pm CDT will be put on the waiting list in order of receipt and will not be entered in the original lottery drawing or orignal wait list. Any player that enters a full tournament but is not chosen in the lottery will be refunded their full entry fee. If you do not want to be kept on the wait list, contact the office and we will remove you from the wait list and refund your fee at that time. A spot will be reserved for the prior year’s Champion for the Stroke Play, Amateur, Match Play, and Seniors tournament. If the prior year’s Champion does not enter by the deadline, the spot will be opened to the first player on the wait list if the tournament is full.
